You can now connect your Facebook Page directly to Ruut to manage conversations, automate responses, and engage your audience—all in one place.
Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Go to the Workspace Section

From your Ruut dashboard, navigate to Settings → Workspaces.

Click Choose Channel to select the communication platform you want to integrate.
Step 2: Select Messenger
In the list of available channels, select Messenger.
This tells Ruut that you want to connect your Facebook Messenger account.
Step 3: Authenticate with Facebook

Once you select Messenger, you’ll see a “Connect Facebook” button.

Click it and sign in to your Facebook account.

Grant Ruut the necessary permissions to access your Page’s messages and manage conversations.
Step 4: Finalize Your Workspace Setup
After permission is granted:

Return to Ruut.

Select the workspace you just connected.

Re-enter your Workspace Name for confirmation.
Your Facebook Messenger inbox is now live on Ruut! -
Sent a message to your page to test the delivery of messages
Important Notes

You must connect a Facebook Page account, not a personal profile.
Ruut only integrates with Pages to comply with Meta’s business and privacy policies. -
Ensure you have admin access to the Page before connecting.

If permissions are denied or partially granted, your Messenger inbox may not sync correctly.
